From 1968 through 1971, Paul served in the U.S. Army (with a tour in Viet Nam for all of 1969). In 1973, Paul was hired by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as an Air Traffic Controller. Duty included the San Jose Municipal Airport (7th Busiest in the world at that time). In 1978, Paul moved to Colorado Springs in the TRACON, handling both tower and radar approach control.
In 1981, Paul began his Real Estate career full-time and opened his own independent real estate company with three offices. In 1989, he sold the company and started a mega team which rose to the top 1% of agents in the country.
In 2004, Paul moved to sunny, warm Florida to further his career where he started another mega team on the west coast of Florida which also rose to high levels of success. In 2008, Paul joined the Keller Williams Realty Company and developed the Lakewood Ranch and Englewood offices to become the #1 offices in their respective geographic areas. Paul is the co-owner, Operating Principle and Broker of each office.
Paul has been married to his wife Nancy since 1972 and has two daughters (Heather and Erica) along with 5 grandchildren. His passions have always been fishing; Fly Fishing in Colorado and Deep Sea Fishing in Florida.
